We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

Lost or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. However, we will assist you in tracking your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

• Vintage or pre-owned items
• Handcrafted goods
• Ritual or spiritual items
• Sale or discounted items
